Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the bacon. Fry the onion, garlic and paprika, add tomatoes, spring onions and chives at the end of the roasting time and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Put the pasta in the pan and briefly heat it up again with the other ingredients. Then switch off the temperature (residual heat is sufficient), fold in the eggs and cheese and, stirring occasionally, allow to set or melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. A little tomato ketchup goes well with the ham noodles.
