Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, cook them in the skin, peel them while they are still hot and cut into slices when they are cool.
  2. Melt the fat for the sauce. Heat the flour in it, stirring, until it is light yellow. So that no lumps form, gradually add the water or stock, beat with a whisk, bring to the boil and let it steep for 10 minutes over low heat with the potatoes, ham and a little salt. Then add the cucumber and season the dish with paprika powder and salt.
