Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry roll, brush with cream cheese, cover with slices of boiled ham, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and with chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, chives), roll up and cut into slices, approx. 3 cm thick.
  2. Brush the slices with whipped cream and bake on the baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. Other cheeses can be used instead of Parmesan.
