Hamburger Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced beef, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Season generously with coarse salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty 2.5 cm thick.
  5. Grill the patties on the hottest part of the grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Move the patties to the cooler side of the grill and cook for 4–8 minutes per side until an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F) is reached.
  7. Split the hamburger buns and lightly toast them on the grill for 1–2 minutes, if desired.
  8. Place each cooked patty on a toasted bun and serve.
