Instructions

  1. Beat 200 grams of butter with 150 grams of sugar until creamy. Mix in 3 eggs well and add the vanilla sauce. Mix 250 grams of flour with 1/2 pack of baking powder and fold into the butter vanilla mixture. Pour into a 12-cup muffin pan and bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool well after baking and - if available - remove the paper muffin cups.
  2. Put the remaining 3 eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork. Then add 75 grams of butter and beat until frothy. Then add 150 grams of sugar and the milk. Mix everything thoroughly. Mix 200 grams of flour, 1/2 pack of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 100 grams of cocoa powder and the chocolate chips in a second bowl and then add the dry mixture to the moist ingredients. Mix everything well and pour into the prepared 12-cup muffin tin. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool well after baking and - if available - remove the paper muffin molds.
  3. Mix the almonds with the green food coloring until the color is evenly distributed. The green almonds will later serve as a salad.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff and place in the refrigerator. Beat the cream cheese until frothy and stir in the powdered sugar. Carefully mix the cream cheese with the cream and divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add the red food coloring to one half - this is supposed to represent the ketchup - and the yellow food coloring to the other half - this will be the hamburger sauce.
  5. Cut the light-colored muffins in half horizontally. These will be the hamburger buns. Moisten the upper part slightly with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Cut off the top third (the head) of the muffin horizontally from each of the dark muffins. This becomes the meat. Brush the dark muffin heads with the yellow muffin glaze. The glaze can run smoothly because this is supposed to represent the cheese.
  7. Brush the lower parts of the light muffins with the yellow cream cheese mixture and place the dark muffin bowl on top. Spread the red cream cheese mixture on top and cover with some of the green almonds. Now place the top light-colored muffin halves on top and fix everything with a toothpick.
