Wash, clean and, if necessary, remove the pits from the fruits.
Make a stock of the water, white wine, sugar, vanilla pulp and the scraped-out vanilla pods and bring it to the boil. Add half of the fruit and let it simmer (don`t worry if the fruit turns to mush, that`s how it should be).
Now mix the vanilla pudding powder with a little water and add to the fruit pulp. Stir well and bring to the boil once. The pudding powder must have bound well. Now fold in the remaining fruits and let them cool down.
Either a vanilla sauce, liquid cream or vanilla ice cream goes well with it.
Tip: You can also use frozen food to prepare the recipe.
