• 300 g rocket, washed
• 4 cheeses (hand cheese)
• 1 teaspoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)

• 1 mushrooms
• 0.25 ¼ bunch spring onion (s)
• 1 bowl cherry tomato (s)
• 1 dash vinegar (red wine vinegar)

Instructions

1. Cut the hand cheese into 3 slices each. Spread evenly in a soup plate. Make a vinaigrette with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and drizzle over the cheese. Let it steep for a few minutes.
2. In the meantime, wash and drain the tomatoes and mushrooms. Now arrange the washed rocket on the cheese so that the cheese is almost covered. Cut the mushroom into small slices and spread on the salad. Let it go again. Finally, spread the tomatoes around the edge as a decoration. Drizzle with red wine vinegar.
