Instructions

  1. Cut the hand cheese and black pudding into cubes. Finely dice the onions and apples. Mix the sour cream with the pepper in a bowl, fold in the ingredients and let steep for 1-2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Take out of the refrigerator 2 hours before eating.
  3. You don`t need salt as the hand cheese and black pudding have a strong taste.
