Ingredients

For the cream:

• 250 g low-fat quark
• 300 g natural yourt
• 1 dash lemon juice
• 1 vanilla pod (s)
• condensed milk, (milkmaid) sweetened

For decoration:

• 100 g raspberries or other fruits

Instructions

1. Scrape out the vanilla pulp and mix all the ingredients for the cream together well, then pour into dessert bowls. Decorate with the raspberries and enjoy.
2. I used about 1-2 tablespoons of Milkmaid per serving. But you can also sweeten with vanilla sugar.
