Instructions

  1. Cut the spring onions into fine rings, fry them and then remove them from the pan. Fry the Thuringian Mett in a pan until crumbly.
  2. Put the canned soups in a large saucepan and heat them together. Put the mince and onions in there and simmer briefly. Finally add the cream and sour cream. Season with 1 chilli pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with ciabatta bread.
