Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the tomato. Toast the chili peppers and cumin in a small saucepan without fat. Add tomatoes, salt and 120 ml water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Puree finely with the cutting stick and allow to cool.
  2. Knead the meat in a bowl with chocolate and mole spice. Shape the mixture into 2 patties. Cut the lettuce and onion into fine strips. Roughly crumble the taco chips.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. After turning the cheese, spread it over the patties and finish cooking, covered.
  4. In the meantime, halve the rolls horizontally and bake them in the preheated oven.
  5. Cover the buns with lettuce, onions, taco chips and patties. Spread the jalapenos, coriander leaves and chili sauce on top. Brush the cut surfaces of the bun lids with sour cream and a little chili sauce and place on the burgers.
