Instructions

  1. Briefly wash the rabbit, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut everything into pieces of the same size and fry together with the bacon and onion. Sprinkle some flour over the rabbit, salt, add spices and pour the broth on top.
  2. Cover and braise for about 1 1/2 hours. Finally, season the sauce with lemon juice (or red wine) and sugar.
  3. Serve with potato dumplings or mashed potatoes.
