Knead all ingredients together very well, preferably with a kneading machine, then let everything rise in a bowl with a lid at room temperature for approx. 40-60 minutes.
Knead the dough again by hand and shape it into a loaf, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a box or springform pan, also lined with baking paper.
Cut into the surface with a sharp knife, brush with natural yoghurt and sprinkle with a little whole caraway.
Place a bowl with hot water on the bottom of the oven, slide in the bread and bake at 200 ° for approx. 40-50 minutes.
If it is being baked in the pan, please take it out of the pan about 10 minutes before the end of the baking time and continue baking without the pan. Baking times vary as each oven bakes differently.
