Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Add oil and lukewarm water and knead into a firm dough. Let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the ham and pineapple into small pieces for the filling. Mix in a bowl with the cheese, half of the tomatoes, corn and some marjoram. It shouldn`t be too runny. If the filling is too thick, you can add some tomato puree.
  4. Divide the pizza dough into 3 equal parts and knead again a little on a floured work surface.
  5. Use a rolling pin to roll out 3 pizza bases. A round baking tray is placed underneath as a measure.
  6. A floor remains on the sheet. Spread part of the filling on it, not too thickly. Place the second pizza base on top, put the filling on top again and place the third base on top.
  7. This pizza tower is shaped into a flower. Place the lid of the corn can in the middle of the upper shelf. Using a sharp knife, cut the pizza tower into 12 pieces of cake up to the edge of the lid. Remove the cover.
  8. To shape the flowers you take a piece in your right hand and the one next to it in your left hand. Both hands are now turned at the same time. The right hand 2 times with the dough to the right and the left hand 2 times with the dough to the left. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
  9. Bake the pizza flower in the preheated oven at 200-250 degrees air circulation for about 20-25 minutes.
