Instructions

  1. Finely puree the banana with the oil, lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the raisins and puree the mixture again. However, the raisins should still be visible. Finally stir in the hazelnuts.
  2. It is best to always prepare the spread fresh and keep leftovers tightly closed in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1-2 days.
