Instructions

  1. Mix the ground hazelnuts with the flour.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add the hazelnut flour and knead into a dough. Place small macaroons on a greased baking sheet with two teaspoons. Press a hazelnut in the center of each macaroon. Bake the macaroons in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 8 minutes until light brown.
