Instructions

  1. Put the dried herbs in equal proportions in a tea infuser / sieve and pour this into the cup. Then pour the boiling water over it and cover with a lid, a saucer will do the same, and let it steep for about 10 minutes. If you want, you can sweeten with honey, but you don`t have to.
  2. Drink this infusion at least 3 times a day.
  3. It helps with an impending cold infection, or even if the cold is already in progress.
