Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °, hot air. Spread the Gugelhupf pan vigorously with the lard.

  3. Dough:
  4. Put the flour, sugar, milk, yolks, Zimmer warm margarine, vanilla sugar and baking powder together in the mixing bowl and stir well. Mix half of the batter with the cocoa powder. Beat the snow out of the egg white and fold in half into the light and dark mixture.
  5. First pour the light mass into the mold and then the dark mass. Stir in a circle twice with the spatula so that the masses mix a little. Bake for about 45 minutes.
