Mash the banana to a pulp with a fork or hand blender. Grind the oat flakes into flour, preferably with a grain mill, if necessary with a hand blender.
Put all ingredients in a container. Puree until a smooth dough is formed. Put some butter in a small pan for frying and fry the pancakes in portions until golden brown. The recipe makes about 2 - 3 cakes per serving.
A bit of natural yogurt with fresh seasonal fruit tastes wonderful as a side dish. Alternatively, it can also be enjoyed with red fruit jelly, quark and pieces of banana.
