- Mix the oatmeal with the chia seeds and yogurt.
- Peel and core the apple. Grate on a grater and add to the porridge, stir again. To taste you can sweeten with honey, agave syrup or something similar.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
- If the muesli is too firm or too thin after swelling, just add a little more yoghurt or a few oat flakes.
- Garnish with various fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwi and / or nuts as desired.
