Instructions

  1. The quantities given are for a supply pack.
  2. Grate the chocolate and mix with the wholemeal spelled flakes. Add the corn flakes (if they are big enough for someone, just crumble them by hand). Then add the glucose.
  3. If necessary, the yoghurt can then be added to refine it just before consumption.
  4. If you use this muesli in a diet, you don`t have to worry about the chocolate. Because this contains little sugar due to the high cocoa content.
  5. You should also make sure that you get sugar-free cornflakes.
