Instructions

  1. Mash the banana, cut the plums into small pieces. Scrape the pulp out of the vanilla pod, chop the nuts and mix all the ingredients with the oat flakes. Preferably by hand, then it will turn into a (mushy) smooth dough. I added a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice - but it doesn`t have to be.
  2. Then shape small balls out of the dough and press flat, line with baking paper on a grid. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 - 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Tip: I add a little sugar beet syrup to half of the biscuits (it can also be honey) and put it back into the oven, which has already been switched off, and leave it in for a while. This will make them a little crispier. But that`s a matter of taste.
  4. I formed 16 cookies out of the dough.
