Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Put the dough in a lightly greased pan and let it brown on both sides on a medium heat. Then tear the flatbread into pieces with two spatulas or forks.
  2. Sprinkle some cinnamon over the Kaiserschmarrn and serve with applesauce if required.
