Instructions

  1. Mix the ground almonds, eggs and xucker thoroughly in a small bowl. Mash the banana on a plate with a fork and mix in. Melt the coconut oil in a pan and bake the pancakes over low to medium heat until the desired brown color is achieved. Only turn when the dough is no longer so runny on top. If you like, you can sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
