Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the baking cocoa, into a smooth and sticky mass until the dough falls off the spoon and tears heavily.
  2. Bake 2 - 3 small pancakes in a non-stick pan.
  3. Add the cocoa to the rest of the batter and bake the other pancakes from it.
  4. The pancakes with Nutella taste particularly good. Either you add it to the finished pancakes after baking or you add 1 tablespoon of batter to the pan while baking, then 1 teaspoon of Nutella and then again 1 tablespoon of batter and bake the pancakes like this.
  5. I always make a couple of pancakes with and without Nutellakern.
  6. Then of course the pancakes are no longer vegan. But it also works wonderfully with vegan chocolate spreads!
