Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork (this bowl should be microwave safe). Then stir in the milk. When the consistency is nice and creamy, add the flour and stir in. Finally add the cinnamon and mix well again.
  2. Put everything in the microwave at 600 watts for about 2 minutes. It is important that the splash guard is used so that the heat can build up.
  3. Please do not expect any sweet cakes or treats. This is a healthy meal for in between meals or for dessert!
