Cut the zucchini and carrots into julienne strips, fry in a pan with a little oil. As soon as they have got a nice color, add 100 ml of water and continue steaming.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water. When the vegetables are cooked, add the cheese, season with salt and chilli and continue cooking on medium heat until the cheese has melted. Then drain the spaghetti and add to the vegetables. Let simmer briefly and serve.
If you like, you can also add onions or other vegetables. I think it`s especially nice with carrots and zucchini, as they are really great to cut into julienne.
