Cut the beef and potatoes into approx. 2 cm cubes, chop the remaining vegetables, dice the onion and sweat briefly in a little butter. Add the beef and sweat with it.
When the water boils, add the stock powder and vinegar, cook the beef, potatoes and onions for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add the remaining vegetables and cook for another 30 minutes. Add the chopped parsley in the last 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and broth.
