First mix the flour with the water and salt until smooth. The dough is covered in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Next, heat up and grease the waffle iron. Gradually bake four to six thick, golden-yellow waffles from the batter. Now let the waffles cool down on a wire rack so they don`t get soft. They are best fresh.
Yoghurt with cinnamon and vanilla or yoghurt with spices and fresh herbs go well with this.
