Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the spices. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add to the wholemeal spelled flour. Knead all ingredients for about 5 minutes to form a smooth dough. Shape it into a ball and let rise, covered, at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Then knead again and form about 25 rolls. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake at 220 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 30 - 35 minutes.
