Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients to a dough and chill for 1/2 hour. Knead the dough briefly, roll it out thinly, cut out hearts and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. For the meringue mass, beat 2 egg whites until they are almost stiff, slowly add 100 g of powdered sugar and continue beating until the mixture is ready to spray. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle and sprinkle a meringue rim on the cookies.
  3. Bake in the preheated Bach oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 18 minutes. Let the cookies cool and fill the meringue rim with chocolate icing.
