Instructions

  1. A great recipe, especially for winter. Tasty, inexpensive and low in calories.
  2. First we make the salad dressing. For this, the bacon and the onion are finely diced and the apple (with the skin) quartered and cut into thin slices. Everything is seared in the teaspoon of oil.
  3. When everything has a bit of color, we extinguish with 100 ml of water in which we have dissolved 2 tablespoons of granulated stock. In addition, the vinegar comes to the sauce. Now put everything aside and let cool down. I usually put the sauce in the salad bowl, then you can continue to use the pan.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices about 3 mm thick. Place all the slices in the pan and just pour water over them. Then add the 100 ml milk and simmer the potatoes on the stove. Season with salt. The potatoes are ready when the water has boiled away.
  5. Put the potatoes in the salad bowl and mix with the sauce. Now wash the endive salad and cut it into fine strips and add to the potato mixture. A slice of bread with cheese goes well with it. Or just enjoy everything.
  6. According to the old WW system, I get 3.5 pts per person.
