  1. I`ve read so many shish kebab recipes, but never without the ingredients like ketchup or shish ketchup. Here finally comes one without these ready-made ingredients. First cut 4 wooden skewers, because they have to fit in the pan. Then prepare the ingredients. To do this, peel the onions and halve or quarter them. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Overall, I always studded the skewers as follows: 1 piece of paprika, 1 piece of meat, 1 piece of paprika, 1 piece of onion, 1 piece of meat, etc. After putting them together, fry the skewers in a pan in 1 teaspoon of hot olive oil until crispy.
