Instructions

  1. Mix the yeast and flour well. Knead into a dough with all the other ingredients. Cover and let rise for approx. 20 minutes until the dough has enlarged.
  2. Make crumbles from the above ingredients.
  3. Knead the risen dough again and roll out. Cut out rectangular plates with the pastry wheel and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Brush with the condensed milk and put a dollop of jam in the middle. Then spread the sprinkles generously on top and cover again and let rise a little.
  4. Put all the trays in the preheated oven (180 degrees fan oven) at once and bake for about 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
