Instructions

  1. First put the rice in a saucepan and fill up with water so that the water level is approx. 1 - 2 cm above the rice. Cook the rice on a low flame and stir occasionally until it is cooked through.
  2. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with vegetable stock powder (only the plant powder, without water!), A little salt and pepper and scrambled eggs in a pan with a little oil. Then dice the ham and fry it too. Now add the rice and herbs as required. Season everything again with vegetable stock, salt and pepper.
