Instructions

  1. First cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes and fry them uncooked with a little olive oil in the pan so that they turn a little brown. Then add the ground beef. Be careful not to turn the whole thing too often so that the mince turns crispy brown. Salt and pepper.
  2. After a few minutes add the roughly diced peppers and onions as well as the spring onions cut into fine rings. The garlic can be pressed on top. Salt and pepper again. Also add 2 good teaspoons of spicy paprika powder, a teaspoon of sugar and a few squirts of lemon juice. Then mix everything and let sear. After a few minutes, deglaze with the cream and the slightly stronger broth. Scatter parsley and chives on top and mix again.
