Mix the flour, eggs, milk and oat flakes in a bowl with the soft butter. Dice the onion and add to the batter together with the peeled and grated carrot. Tear the cheese into small pieces by hand and add to the dough as well.
Season with pepper, salt and oregano.
Let the waffle iron warm up and grease it with a little butter. Then pour the batter into the waffle iron with a ladle and fry the waffles.
