Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed, drain and set aside.
  2. Peel and dice the onion, as well as the sausage, courgette and bell pepper. Melt the butter in a pan and sweat the onion cubes first. Then add the sausage and fry until it turns lightly brown. Push everything aside and add the diced bell pepper, sauté. Also push to the edge, now the zucchini in the pan, also let the color take. Now stir everything together, press the garlic through the press. Dust with flour. Mix the water and wine with the vegetable stock and deglaze with it. Add the tomato paste and stir well. If it gets too thick, add a little water, otherwise a little more flour. Now season with harissa, parsley and rosemary, add the cooked noodles, stir everything well again and serve hot.
