Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, mustard, egg, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper and season to taste. Shape the meat dough into 4 meatballs and press them flat. Put 1 teaspoon each of the pesto in the middle, fold the edges of the meat over each other and shape into meatballs.
Heat a little neutral oil in a pan and fry the meatballs on both sides for about 10 - 12 minutes.
