Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle, crumble the yeast and add a little water and sugar. Then stir gently until the yeast has dissolved.
  2. Now gradually add the rest of the water and olive oil to the dough. Then knead the dough for about 15 minutes until the yeast is well processed.
  3. The dough must rise in a dark and warm place for at least 2-3 hours. If you want to speed up the process a bit, you can put it in the oven at 40 degrees top / bottom heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. After the resting time, add the salt and place the dough on a floured work surface and divide into several small pieces. Roll out each of these dough pieces thinly with a dough roller. The cake pan now serves as a cookie cutter. Simply place it on the dough and cut out the huge dough cookie. There should be a total of 5 pieces.
  5. The pizzas are now all in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 - 8 minutes. You can be a little brown. Now cover the edge of the cake tin with the rest of the batter.
  6. Simply make a garlic oil out of the olive oil by squeezing the cloves into it.
  7. Place a layer of pizza dough on the bottom of the cake tin and top it with tomato sauce, cheese, salami and garlic oil. Repeat the process until all the layers of dough are in the pan. Garnish the top layer with oregano. Make sure that the cake is well closed on all sides.
  8. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
