Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut in half depending on the size and cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Cut the onions into wedges. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and chop finely.
  2. Heat the fat in a large pan. Fry the minced meat and onions in it over high heat. Add the potatoes and fry for 10 minutes, turning carefully.
  3. Season everything with salt, pepper, paprika powder and ajvar. Add the water and bring to the boil. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste again.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped thyme and serve.
