Instructions

  1. Steam the potatoes, peel, let cool and then grate coarsely on a grater. Dice the smoked bacon and onion and fry one after the other in a little butter. Then add to the potato mixture. Knead in the egg yolks, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, then mix in the flour.
  2. Butter and crumble a bundt pan. Then pour in the potato mixture, flatten it several times so that any cavities disappear and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about an hour and a half.
