Cut the dough into 6 squares. Fold corners a little towards the middle, then fold the sides slightly.
Finely chop the parsley. Cut the zucchini into very small cubes. Finely dice the garlic and onion. Mix everything with the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper vigorously.
Spread the crème fraîche mixture in the middle of the dough pieces.
Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, divide the ham into 3 pieces and bake with them.
I spread the smoked salmon on the finished pieces and didn`t bake them.
You can brush the pieces with whisked egg yolk before baking.
