• 4 slices toast
• 10 g herb butter
• 4 slices cucumber (s), organic
• 2 slices sausage (beer sausage)
• 2 slices cheese, chilli peppers
• Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

1. Place two slices of toast in the sandwich maker. Place 5 g herb butter on each slice. Halve the cucumber slices, place around the butter on the toast slices and season generously with pepper. Place a thick slice of beer sausage on each slice of bread. A slice of cheese is placed over each slice of sausage. Cover with the remaining two toast slices, close the lid and switch on the appliance.
2. My device indicated after 12 minutes that the sandwiches were ready. I don`t know whether this applies to all devices, so it`s better to check it in between.
3. Arrange the sandwiches on a plate, garnish and serve.
