• 1 small Can (s) mushrooms, or fresh ones accordingly
• 1 small onion (s), chopped
• acon, diced
• 1 cup sweet cream
• some broth, granular
• 75 ml white wine, bitter
• some oil

Instructions

1. Leave the mushrooms, onions and bacon in the pan with a little oil.
2. Add the beaker of sweet cream and the wine and season with granular broth.
3. Super tasty on a fried chop.
4. Serve with hash browns or bearded potatoes and a crunchy salad.
