Instructions

  1. Press the sausage out of the skin, peel the onions and cut into wedges. Fry the bratwurst pieces in the hot fat and add the onions.
  2. Deglaze with white wine and vegetable stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add capers, squeezed garlic and spices and season to taste.
  4. Finally stir in the creme fraiche and parsley.
