- Press the sausage out of the skin, peel the onions and cut into wedges. Fry the bratwurst pieces in the hot fat and add the onions.
- Deglaze with white wine and vegetable stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add capers, squeezed garlic and spices and season to taste.
- Finally stir in the creme fraiche and parsley.
