Wash, peel and quarter the potatoes, Peel and finely dice the onions. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the minced meat in it, add the onions, potatoes and savoy cabbage, fry and season with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with the broth and tomato juice and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Season to taste before serving.
