- 400 g roast pork, lean, fried, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper (s), diced
- 3 hard-boiled egg (s), 1 quartered and 2 roughly diced
- 3 tomato (s), roughly diced
- 1 small Can (s) corn kernels, 225 g, drained
- 1 medium onion (s), cut into thin rings
- 100 g sheep cheese, rouhly crumbled
For the marinade:
Instructions
- Carefully mix all salad ingredients except for the quartered egg in a larger bowl. Mix well the ingredients for the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the salad ingredients, decorate with the egg quarters and let the salad steep for at least 30 minutes.
