Heat the butter in a pan, add the sausage and fry. Then put the eggs in the pan and sprinkle with the spices. Optionally, chives can also be sprinkled on it. Allow the eggs to set nicely, swirling the pan lightly from time to time so that nothing sticks.
It is best to slide the finished eggs onto a large flat plate for portioning.
Place the bread slices on plates, place a fried egg on each slice of bread and serve immediately.
Some people also like some ketchup or salsa on the fried egg.
