Instructions

  1. Cook the green lentils without soaking in salted water for about 20 minutes. Bite control !!
  2. In the meantime, prepare the tomato part. Peel and dice the onion and garlic cloves and let them simmer in the olive oil. Add the tomato pieces in the cans. Salt and pepper and, depending on the degree of spiciness, season with harissa.
  3. Peel the skin off the sausage, dice it and put it in the stew.
  4. The lentils are done by now, drain off the cooking water and add the lentils to the tomatoes. Bring the stew to the desired consistency by adding vegetable or beef broth. Season with pieces of the chilli pepper, salt and pepper and stir in a good dash of balsamic vinegar. Now finely chop the parsley and add to the dish. Finished!
